A retrospective analysis of medical records was performed on 100 unresectable HCC Egyptian patients in stage A or B who were identified through the National Cancer Institute Cairo University and Menoufia University, from 2010 to 2013. All of patients had been received systemic chemo and hormonal and therapy (5-fluorouracil, Oxaloplatin and tamoxifen) either with five type of natural oils or other with vitamin E. Clinical picture , hematological test, metabolic parameters, telomerase activity, VEGF, MAD, GSH, zinc, ER ,PR KRAS, BRAF and NRAS has been assessed.
