Pulmonary Hypertension in Patient Undergoing Kidney Transplant – A Single Center Experience

Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a disease which is associated with increased perioperative complications and molarity rate. There is no much data available on prevalence and the effect of PH in patients undergoing renal transplant with end stage renal disease. Electronic health records of patients, who undergo renal transplant has reviewed for echocardiographic evidence of PH, post-transplant echocardiographic changes and impact of pulmonary hypertension post-transplant, with main emphasis on change in serum creatinine.
