The aim of this study was to determine the hematological and biochemical changes occurred in the blood of arsenic-exposed Wistar albino rats during 90 days sodium-arsenite exposure study, and additionally to investigate the histological injury in the organs (liver, kidney, spleen and heart) of Wistar rats along with identifying the accumulation pattern of arsenic in those organs.
