The predominance of crises in dental practices and the readied ness and the preparation involvement in cardiopulmonary revival (CPR) of Brazilian dental specialists in managing crises. The volunteer members in the study were 499 Brazilian dental practitioners who were available at the 27th International Congress of Dentistry in São Paulo. The most pervasive crisis was presyncope (reported by 54.15 percent of respondents), trailed by orthostatic hypotension (44.17 percent), moderate hypersensitive responses (16.96 percent), hypertensive emergency (15.07 percent), asthma (15.07 percent), syncope (11.65 percent), angina (6.83 percent), shaking (6.26 percent), hypoglycemia (5.62 percent), hyperventilation emergency (5.23 percent), stifling (2.21 percent), and cerebrovascular mischance (0.8 percent).
