Climate Change

"Journal of Horticulture is one of the top leading journals in Horticulture which publishes novel research articles after rigorous peer-review process by at least 2 expert reviewers of the associated fields. Journal of Horticulture are interesting fields which are concerned with the application of engineering and science methodologies, Potato, Climate change, Common bean, Crop genome, Agricultural water, Metabolic changes, Soil Organic Carbon, Vegetable Cultivation, Root bacteria, Orchids. Climate change and variability is an important component in spearheading adaptation options. Environmental change related to climate change shows altered the rainfall patterns, amplified drought cycles, increased the frequency of severe weather conditions and increased agricultural pests and diseases. More importantly climate change has resulted in declining crop production not only in Zimbabwe but in the whole of the Southern African Development community (SADC). Smallholder farmers have become vulnerable to climate change. Cotton production in Zimbabwe has been on the decline mainly due to climate change and variability. Maize production and other small grains like sorghum have also been on the decline. Climate change has therefore affected staple crops, subsistence production and livestock production in general Climate Change Scenarios, Perceptions and Crop Production: A Case Study of Semi-Arid Masvingo Province in Zimbabwe.- Farai Malvern Simba LINK: https://www.omicsonline.org/2157-7617/2157-7617-3-124.php?aid=9707 OMICS is devoted to the prompt publication of original findings of the highest scientific priority and value that provide novel mechanistic insights, represent a clear advance over previous Studies and have the potential to generate exciting future research.
