Dr. Mrs. Archana Mehrotra started her career in Pharmacy after completing her graduation in 1997 in Production of Injectables and rewarded as Approved Chemist for Injectables Production by FDA, Maharashtra, then worked as a Pharmacy Inspector in Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council. During post-graduation in 2003 again entered Pharmaceuticals Production stream. There after again entered in teaching profession till date. She is currently working as Professor and Head, Kashi Institute of Pharmacy, Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh), India. She is a dynamic and practical personality, always seeking for a globalization. In May 2012 she completed her Doctorate under her Gurus Prof. Jayantakumar Pandit and Prof. A. K. Wahi. During her Ph.D. she had published five research papers in international journals, one in national journal and presented five papers in National Conferences. Her specialization is in Pharmaceutical Technology especially nanotechnology and solubilization techniques. She is a member of Novo-Trail Drug Discovery and Pharmaceutical Innovation Hub (P) Ltd; Bhopal and a member of Association of Pharmacy Professionals, Bhopal (M.P.) India As a Pharmacist she believe in activities with a concept of healthy human and animal health services considering modern pharmaceutical development concept, quality risk management and quality systems at all stages of lives. As a Head/Director, to preserve value of Pharmaceutical education as far as human and health services are concerned, she conduct the pharmacy course in accordance with sound scientific methods and principles. She is following efficiently designed process with an effective education control approach with independent process knowledge, and understanding.
