Peter Orji Uvere joined the University of Nigeria, Nsukka as a Lecturer in 1993 and am currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Technology. His University education started as a Microbiologist, but he had his PhD in Food Science and Technology. His research interest is in the application of malting and fermentation techniques in the processing of complementary foods, indigenous beverages in Nigeria and cassava.
