Professor Sam Adeloju is a Professorial Chair in Analytical and Environmental Chemistry, as well as the Director of Research Development in Science and Engineering in the School of Applied Sciences and Engineering at Monash University in Australia. He has an international reputation in the areas of enzyme-based biosensing technology, nanotechnology, electro analytical and environmental chemistry. Professor Adeloju has published over 300 papers in these areas in journals, books and conference proceedings. He was the recipient of the prestigious 2009 Applied Research Medal, presented by the Royal Australian Chemical Institute for outstanding contribution to the development of Applied Chemistry in Australia between 1999 and 2009, particularly in the areas of applied electrochemistry, biosensing technology and nanotechnology. Professor Adeloju was also the recipient of the 2011 Stokes Medal of the Electrochemistry Division of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute for distinguished contributions to research in Electrochemistry in Australia.
Professor Sam Adeloju is very much interested in the areas of enzyme-based biosensing technology, nanotechnology, electro analytical and environmental chemistry.
