Autism disorders

The autism spectrum or autistic spectrum is a range of neurodevelopmental disorders diagnosed as Autism, Asperger syndrome, pervasive developmental disorder, and childhood disintegrative disorder. These disorders are characterized by social deficits and communication difficulties, stereotyped or repetitive behaviours and interests, sensory issues, and in some cases, cognitive delays.  specific causes of autism spectrum disorders has yet to be found, many researchers have identified risk factors include genetics, prenatal and perinatal factors, neuroanatomical abnormalities, and environmental factors that trigger Autism.
 
 

Autism Spectrum Disorder is a developmental condition which affects individuals in two main areas: Individuals having impaired communication and social interaction and Individuals having restricted, repetitive patterns of behaviour, interests or activities

There are about 695,000 people in the UK having autism, and About 36,500 of every 4 million children born each year in the United States are having  Autism.  The studies claim that boys are four to five times more likely than girls to have autism. One in 68 U.S. children has an autism spectrum disorder about 30% increase from 1 in 88 two years ago, by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention.
