In medical profession and Healthcare system, a case report is a detailed report of the patient’s symptoms, signs, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. It mainly contains a demographic profile of the patient, but usually describes an unusual or novel occurrence. Some of these case reports also contain a literature review of others previously reported diseases or disorders. Case reports have useful roles in medical research and evidence-based medicine which lead to the discovery and possible treatment of the outrageous and deadly diseases.
