Chemical Engineering Principles of CVD Process

Electrochemistry  deals with electricity, as a measurable and quantitative phenomenon, and identifiable chemical change. Electrochemical reaction occurs when a chemical reaction is caused by an external supplied  current or the production of an electric current by spontaneous reaction. Electrochemical engineering  deals with the applications of electrochemical phenomena, namely electrosynthesis of chemicals, electrowinning and refining of metals, flow batteries and fuel cells, electrochemical separations and corrosion. It is an overlap between electrochemistry and chemical engineering.
