Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

Severe coronary heart diseases are treated by Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting. The coronary arteries supply oxygen rich blood to the heart. Due to the build-up of waxy substance in the walls of these arteries it gets blocked and creates problem in functioning of heart. The CABG removes this blockage and allows the blood to flow properly through heart. A healthy artery is connected to the affected artery and the portion is thus bypassed and blood flows through the new connected artery.

  • Coronary heart disease symptoms
  • Minimally invasive direct CABG
  • Risks involved in CABG
  • Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
  • Quintuple Bypass Surgery
  • Triple Heart Bypass
  • Surgical devices used in CABG
  • Post-surgical procedures
  • Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA)
