Deep Sequencing

Deep Sequencing meets structural biology is a dedicated track to show how the recently developed methods are used to determine the structure of molecules. This approach proves itself helpful in a more efficient way. Synergistic use of three-dimensional structures and deep sequencing is done to realize the effect of personalized medicine.

Deep sequencing is a new technique used to analyse whole RNA without the knowledge of gene expression. This new technique is helpful for modelling and refinement of macromolecular structures. The complex arena, membrane protein structure and function determination can also be dealt with deep sequencing and complementary methods.
