Non-communicable chronic disease is the cause of about 60% of worldwide deaths. Inflammation is one of the major symptoms in the major Non-communicable inflammatory diseases like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cardiovascular disease, and chronic kidney disease.  This inflammation is an immune response generated by body’s Immune System.  Almost organ systems like skin, lungs, cardiovascular system, kidneys, endocrine glands, gut are affected by non-communicable inflammatory diseases. Thus, leading higher understanding of molecular basis of immune response in chronic diseases.
