Nanoelectronics are based on the application of nanotechnology in the field of electronics and electronic components.  Nanotechnology has increased the capabilities of electronics devices while at the same time it has reduced their weight and power consumption. It has highly increased the density of memory chip and research is still going on to increase its density more. A number of approaches are currently being researched, which includes nanolithography, use of nanomaterials such as nanowires or small molecules so as to make more powerful and compatible computer processors. By the use of silver nanowire and carbon nanotubes has made able to manufacture display of low weight and low power consumption.
