Synthetic Microbiome

Systems and Synthetic Microbiology is focused on knowing the process of evolutionary optimization of cellular networks in microorganisms and applying these principles in the design of novel and important networks. We combine fluorescence-based (flurophores) quantitative analysis of network function in yeast and bacteria with experimental microevolution and with computational analysis to rationalize why the observed network designs were evolutionary selected under particular conditions.
 
One discipline of synthetic microbiology is bacterial synthetic biology. The scientific discipline that deals with the synthesis of part, or the whole bacteria that do not exist in nature in original form, called as bacterial synthetic biology. It uses engineering and molecular biology tools.
