Water Microbiology: Ecological approach

Microbial ecology (or surroundingsal microbiology) is that the ecology of microorganisms: their relationship with each other and with their environment. It issues the 3 major domains of life—Eukaryote, Archaea, and Bacteria—as well as viruses. Microorganisms, by their presence, impact the whole region. aquatic microbic dynamics, particularly viruses, prokaryotes and eukaryotes -- being and biogeographical region, autotrophic and heterotrophic -- in marine, limnetic and briny habitats.
