Adil K. Al-Tamimi is currently professor of civil engineering & director of IMS college of engineering, American University of Sharjah, UAE.He has completed his BSc(Civil Engineering) in University of Technology at Baghdad in Iraq in the year 1977.He has completed his MSc(Structural Engineering) in University of Strathclyde at Glasgow in UK in the year 1986 and his PhD from the same university on civil engineering in the year 1990.He worked as a lecturer of civil Engineering in the Technical institute of Basra in Iraq from 1977-1982.He worked as a Site Engineer in the National Oil Company in Iraq from 1982-1985.He worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Strathclyde, UK from 1985-1990.He worked as a Researcher in the Department of Civil, Structural & Environmental Engineering, University of Paisley, UK from 1991-1995.He worked as a Research Fellow in the Department of Civil, Structural & Environmental Engineering, University of Paisley, UK from 1995-1997.He worked as a
