Amalia Simonetti is a Food Technologist. She graduated in 2010 with honors and she did a PhD in Livestock Sciences at the University of Basilucata (2012-2015). She is teacher of the course of "Evaluation and Management of Food Quality: Module of Chemical Physical and Sensory Analysis of Food" Program: Food Technology at the University of Basilicata. She is passionately curious about food technology; in fact, her Academic Publication list is related to nutritional, nutraceutical and technological food quality. Currently, her studies are oriented to the evaluation of antioxidative and antihypertensive activities of foods before and after technological treatment and in vitro gastrointestinal digestion.
