Biography

Professor Bingyun Li received his PhD from the Chinese Academy of Sciences during 1997-2000. Currently, he is working as a Principal Investigator in the Department of Orthopedics, School of Medicine, West Virginia University. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as the Director of Biomaterials, Bioengineering, and Nanotechnology Lab. He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like the Journal of Bioengineering Biomedical Science, Recent Patents on Nanotechnology, and World Journal of Orthopedics. He has authored more than 35 peer-reviewed research articles and book chapters. He is a member of the Orthopedic Research Society, Society for Biomaterials, and Materials Research Society. Professor Li has been an invited speaker, panelist, or co-chair for a variety of events related to nanomedicine, bone infection, and biomaterials. He has given more than 10 invited talks in national and international meetings and peer universities.
