 Dr. Debabrata Bera, Assistant professor of the Department of Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering, Jadavpur University (India). He obtained his Ph.D as UGC individual Fellow in Technology in 2007 from Jadavpur University. He has published more than 20 research papers in different International and National journals and 4 chapters in edited books. Also Dr. Bera serves as the reviewer of different reputed • journals. He has bagged one Indian patent. He is attached as a guest faculty and member of Board of Studies of different Universities.
