Biography

Farzad Deyhim received his Ph.D. in Animal Science from Colorado State University and his Ph.D. in Human Nutrition from Oklahoma State University. He was appointed to the faculty at Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2003 and currently holds the rank of Associate Professor in the Department of Human Sciences. Farzad teaches and conducts research in Dietetics and Nutrition.
