Dr. Guoliang Li has completed his Ph. D in Natural Product Chemistry from Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2012. He received many awards and honors. Dr. Li’s research focuses on food nutrition and food safety. As the first author and corresponding author, He published many papers in international Journals (e.g. J Agr Food Chem, Food Chem, Analytica Chimica Acta, LWT-Food Sci Tech, J Sci Food Agr). Currently he is working as an Assistant Professor, Key Laboratory of Life-Organic Analysis of Shandong Province, Qufu Normal University
