Biography

Full time professor and Coordinator of Education in the Department of Psychiatry and Mental Health at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Cofounder of the Mexican Council of Educational Research and member of the Mexican Academy for Medical Education. Member of the Committee for the Recognition of Academic Distinction in the Faculty of Medicine With over 50 publications in national and international journals, over 40 chapters in scientific books and 130 presentations in scientific reunions. Research on subjects such as mental health, competencies, formation of professional teachers and scientists, personal development of future forensic professionals. Author of 2 books on the implementation of competencies in Medicine and in Veterinary. Now participating in the development of educational research at the School of Forensic Science at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
