Petter Falkman is associate professor within the Automation group at the Department of Signals and Systems, Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden since 2010.
Coordinator for the master thesis activity for the Automation Group. Supervisor and examiner for more than thirty-five master thesis projects. He is the coordinator of all candidate thesis activity for the automation group (usually 35 students divided into 6 projects). Supervisor and examiner for more than 35 bachelor thesis work.
Dr. Falkman's main research topic concerns information integration, virtual preparation and commissioning, restart, verification, and optimization of production systems.
