Dr. Qing Nie has received his PhD in Mathematics from the Ohio State University, U.S.A. during the period of 1995. Currently, he is working as Director, Center for Mathematical and Computational Biology (CMCB), University of California, U.S.A. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Chancellor’s Fellow (2005-2008) in University of California, U.S.A. He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like Mathematical Biosciences and Engineering, Discrete and Continuous Dynamical System-B, Journal of Bioengineering and Biomedical Science. He has authored 75 research articles and 5 books. He is a member of American Association for the Advancement of Science, Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM), American Physical Society (APS), Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society of America (elected).
