Biography

Rancés Blanco is a Cuban research that works in the Center of Molecular Immunology (Havana, Cuba). He graduated as Cytohistopathology Lab Technician at “Salvador Allende” Polytechnic Institute (Havana, 2000). After that, he obtained a Bachelor degree in Health Technology from the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences (University of Havana, 2007) in the specialty of Cytohistopathology. Later, he was completed a postgraduate Human Histology course at “Victoria de Girón” Institute of Basic and Pre-clinic Sciences (Havana, 2008). In 2007, he began Member of the Cuban Society of Morphological Sciences. He received the Ministry of Public Health Award and the National Academy of Sciences Award in 2012 and 2013, respectively. He has published about 27 research papers in reputed journals. Since 2010 and up to date, he works in the Laboratory of Specific Recognition and Biological Activity Assays as Principal Analyst and Ph.D. student.
