Dr. Roberto Fabiani currently seving as an associate professor in the department of Chemistry, Biology and Biotechnology at University of Perugia, Italy. He did his PhD in Medical Science at the Department of Clinical Chemistry of the University of Uppsala, Sweden. He is also a holder of a Fellowship of the Italian “CNR” at the Federal Centre for Nutrition, Institute of Nutritional Physiology, Karlsruhe, Germania. He has published many artilce and contributed to the field of Nutrition & Food Sciences. He has contributed as a reviewer of scientific papers for the journals of international repute.

Research Interest

The scientific activity, has been devoted to the study of both carcinogenic properties of different environmental pollutants and chemopreventive activities of natural compounds present in the food stuffs of Mediterranean diet
