Biography

Salman M. Saadeh (professor of inorganic chemistry) received his PhD degree in inorganic chemistry in 1992 from University of Michigan- Ann Arbor, USA. The main goal of research is preparation of ligands and their complexes with some metals such as copper, chromium and environmentally effective metals such as lead and utilization in fabrication of ion selective electrodes. Macromolecules: synthesis and characterization. He has published over 32 peer reviewed papers in international journals.

Research Interest

Bioinorganic chemistry of manganese and development of complexes as models for manganoenzymes.
Preparation of ligands and their complexes with some metals such as copper, chromium and environmentally effective metals such as lead and utilization in fabrication of ion selective electrodes.
Macromolecules: synthesis and characterization.
