Dr. Zhuqi Tang is an associate chief physician in the Division of Endocrinology at the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University, Jiangsu Province, China, and is teaching at the University of Nantong. Dr. Tang received his Master of Medicine from Nantong University, and completed postgraduate clinical training in endocrinology at the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University. Dr. Tang’s research interests have focused on insulin resistance, dysfunction of pancreatic islet, and the development of novel therapies for insulin resistance. Dr. Tang has published over 10 manuscripts and chapters, predominantly related to diabetic mellitus. He is the author/co-author of 2 books.
