He has done Ph.D. in Management and Diploma in Export Management, Computer Science and Sugam Sangeet (Geetanjali).He got Best Doctoral Thesis Award from ICGB2013 International Conference Dearborn, Michigan, U.S.A. in July 2013 on “Industrial Relation in Newspaper Enterprise: A Case Study of Chhattisgarh” and Overall Outstanding Research Work Award from South Asia Management Association & Jabalpur Management Association, Goa in 26 -27 Oct. 2015 on Multidisciplinary Research for The achievement of excellence in Higher Education & Industry (MRAEHEI).
