Dr. Yalcin Buyuk

Dr. Yalcin Buyuk was born in 1969 in Malatya, Turkey. After graduation from University of Istanbul, Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty, he started to work as general practitioner for one year. He was certified as specialist of family medicine in 2001 and specialist of Forensic Medicine in 2003. He worked at Mortuary Department of Council of Forensic Medicine, Istanbul, Turkey between 2003 and 2010. His works of interest are forensic autopsy, disaster victims’ identification, forensic osteology. He is currently working as deputy director of Council of Forensic Medicine and is responsible for Education, Training and Accreaditation issues.
