Biography

Dr. Vijayakumar TM is an Associate Professor & Head in the Department of Pharmacy Practice, SRM College of Pharmacy, SRM Institute of Science and Technology. During his pre doctoral tenure, he had been working as a senior research fellow for the prestigious research grant (Under Establishment of National Facility of Clinical Trials) obtained from the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. He did his M.Pharm (Pharmacy Practice) in JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty and he has completed his Ph.D in the field of clinical pharmacy. He currently working in the area of clinical pharmacokinetic drug interactions, phase III clinical trials and pharmacovigilance. He had 25 publications in national, international peer reviewed indexed journals and published 2 books to his credit. He has been serving as a reviewer and editorial board member in reputed journals. In addition, he was contributed as organizing secretary/ member in the scientific committee of national and international conferences. He became a life member of Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI).
