Analysis and validation of 16S rRNA gene sequence based phylogeny is the basis for prokaryotic systematics. In this context, it is worth mentioning that, based on 16S rRNA gene sequence analyses, five distinct phylogenetic groups within the genus Bacillus , two novel orders, Solirubrobacterales and Thermoleophilale , and a new hierarchic classification structure for the actinomycete line of descent were proposed and the phylogenetic affiliation of the genus pseudomonads was assessed . In congruence with these, to take few examples, several novel genera, such as Solibacillus and Planomicrobium , were created on the basis of their 16S rRNA gene sequence. Phylogenetic Analyses of the Genus Hymenobacter and Description of Siccationidurans gen. nov., and Parahymenobacter gen. nov: Gundlapally Sathyanarayana Reddy. OMICS Group through its Open Access Initiative is committed to make genuine and reliable contributions to the scientific community. OMICS Group hosts over 700+ peer-reviewed journals and has organized over 3000+ International Scientific Conferences all over the world. OMICS International is has wide classification of journals and Entomology, Ornithology and Herpetology: Current Research is one of the important of them. Entomology, Ornithology and Herpetology: Current Research covers each and every aspect of gene studies from the very basic to the new advance.
