It can be explained as a genetic disorder which occurs due to high cholesterol levels, particularly high levels of LDL (low density lipoprotein) in blood. Family hypercholesterolemia is abbreviated by FH. In case of Family hypercholesterolemia controlling of high cholesterol levels is ineffective, because of different biochemistry of body.
