Tumour is the abnormal accumulation of tissue which may be solid or fluid filled. Tumour also named as neoplasm. Tumours may be of two type’s benign tumour which is not cancerous and malignant tumour which is cancerous. Tumour is an unnecessary growth or lump or swelling that does not definitely cause a health threat.
Tumors of mesenchymal origin include fibroelastic tumors and those of bone, fat, blood vessels, and lymphoid tissue; they may be benign or malignant (sarcoma). Tumors of epithelial origin are found in glandular tissue and such organs as the breast, stomach, uterus, or skin; they also may be either benign or malignant (carcinoma). Mixed tumors contain different types of cells derived from the same primary germ layer, and teratomas contain cells derived from more than one germ layer; both kinds may be benign or malignant.

Primary care is the daily health care given by a physician. Primary care is usually given by primary care physician, a nurse, or a physician assistant. In some localities such a professional may be a registered nurse, a pharmacist, a clinical officer, or a Ayurvedic or other traditional medicine professional.
Primary care means frontline care, and it can come from doctors (family physicians, internists, or pediatricians), physician assistants, or nurse practitioners. Primary care clinicians are the quarterbacks of patient care. They make sure that their patients and their issues don’t fall through the cracks of our increasingly confusing health care system.

Cancer that affects the digestive system can be referred as Gastrointestinal cancer. This includes cancers of the oesophagus, gallbladder, liver, pancreas, stomach, small intestine, bowel, and anus. The symptoms include obstruction, abnormal bleeding or other associated problems.
Gastrointestinal carcinoid tumors form from a certain type of neuroendocrine cell (a type of cell that is like a nerve cell and a hormone -making cell). These cells are scattered throughout the chest and abdomen but most are found in the GI tract. Neuroendocrine cells make hormones that help control digestive juices and the muscles used in moving food through the stomach and intestines. A GI carcinoid tumor may also make hormones and release them into the body.

Microbial pathology- the study of the molecular mechanisms employed by microbes to cause sickness in humans and animals. Bacterial, protozoan, plant life and infectious agent pathogens have evolved a good form of tools to ascertain themselves within the host and gain nutrients that conjointly cause harm and sickness.
Microbial Pathogenesis is the study of the molecular mechanisms used by microbes to cause disease in humans and animals. Bacterial, protozoan, fungal and viral pathogens have evolved a wide variety of tools to establish themselves in the host and gain nutrients, which also cause damage and disease. Other mechanisms of pathogenesis include host defense evasion.

*2018 Journal Impact Factor was established by dividing the number of articles published in 2016 and 2017 with the number of times they are cited in 2018 based on Google Scholar Citation Index database. If 'X' is the total number of articles published in 2016 and 2017, and 'Y' is the number of times these articles were cited in indexed journals during 2018 then, journal impact factor = Y/X
