An Occupational accident is an unexpected and unplanned occurrence, including acts of violence, arising out of or in connection with work which results in one or more workers incurring a personal injury, disease or death. In case of associate activity accident the leader is obligated to hold out associate investigation and formulate a report on the accident at work at intervals ten work days, and when linguistic communication, submit it to the Labour body (on paper or signed electronically).
If within the course of the investigation it becomes evident that it had been not associate activity accident, the leader prepares an announcement wherever he describes circumstances of the accident and offers reason for termination of the investigation. The statement is signed by associate employers representative and work surroundings representative, in his absence employees representative. The statement is ready in 3 copies, one among that is unbroken at the leader. the opposite copies of the statement ar submitted to the native workplace of the labour body and therefore the victim or his representative at intervals three operating days when termination of the investigation
