Abstract
Nutrition education interventions are highly effective across various demographics, significantly improving dietary intake, nutritional status, knowledge, and healthy behaviors. Systematic reviews consistently show positive impacts in school children, preschool children, adolescents through Mobile Health, and university students via online platforms. Digital education enhances nutritional knowledge and practices. These programs are crucial for preventing and managing chronic diseases and fostering food literacy by developing practical skills and critical thinking. While community-based interventions require cultural tailoring, and primary health-care integration faces barriers like time and training, strong leadership and perceived importance are key facilitators for successfulimplementation, ultimately promoting healthier lives.
