Obstructed Hemivagina and Ipsilateral Renal Agenesis with Uterus Didelphys: A Case of Neonatal Diagnosis

The syndrome of obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal anomaly is known as Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich syndrome or more recently, by the acronym OHVIRA. This congenital anomaly is rare. We report a case of a new born admitted because of intrauterine retardation and after explorations, she diagnosed to have OHVIRA syndrome. She underwent endoscopicresection.
