Abstract
Nutritional challenges are prevalent among older adults, encompassing malnutrition risk, micronutrient deficiencies, and inadequate hydration. Effective nutritional assessment and personalized interventions, including optimal protein intake and vitamin Dsupplementation, are crucial for managing conditions like sarcopenia and frailty. Healthy dietary patterns, such as the Mediterranean diet, are vital for cognitive function and overall well-being. Addressing these factors through routine screening and informed guidance supports healthy aging and improves quality of life in the elderly
