Performing a Negotiation on Task Using Task Based Meta Negotiation Algorithm for Cloud Service Reservation

The consumer makes an agreement with the provider through negotiation for accessing cloud storage. The negotiation is the way of communication to prepare an agreement for accessing the cloud storage. The service level agreement is negotiated between client and a provider for executing the job on high performance computing resources. The performance of the negotiation method extremely depends on amount of resources selected for the negotiation and process of the negotiation. This paper achieves the followings: a) Performing a negotiation on task scheduling as per the price and time slot of a service and b) Tradeoff between the price, time slot utilities and the task. In this work, The provider concurrently perform a multiple proposal to make individual time , price slot and task negotiation for each consumer that generate the same aggregate utility, differing only in terms of individual price, time slot and task.
