Abstract
Lean has become an established paradigm in all high-class manufacturing enterprises. In recent years, Lean has also made huge inroads into other disciplines, including Systems Engineering, Project Management, Healthcare, Aerospace, and even Banking. The speaker will review the gains made by Lean methodology in those industries. He will end with a call for use of Systems Thinking when approaching modern challenges of industry, the nation and the globe.
