Abstract:

The Lactic Acid Bacteria was isolated from household buffalo milk using de Man Rogosa Sharpe (MRS) media. Isolate of bacteria was characterised by morphology and phenotypic characteristics. The isolate identified as Lactobacilli. The isolate separately grown in MRS media and their antimicrobial activity was tested against test strain using agar well diffusion (Muller Hinton Agar) method. It inhibit S.aureus, P.mirabili, B.subtilis, E.coli, bacterial strain by producing inhibition zone around the well.
