|A lot of patients facing the embarrassment and frustration of teeth loss especially in the maxilla. The replacement of missing teeth in the maxilla is the most challenging aspect in the daily practice of implant dentistry. Maxillary sinuses and incisive canal are the main anatomical obstacles for implants placement in the upper jaw. Sinus floor elevation procedures, either with transalveolar approach or lateral approach, have shown promising results for many years as they have the ability to promote bone formation between the sinus wall and the Schneiderian membrane. While, enucleation of the incisive canal supports successful bone bed formation for implants placement. This presentation introduces clinical cases with one window versus two windows maxillary sinus lift. Moreover, clinical cases showing incisive canal enucleation using a novel surgical approach will be presented.|
