Abstract We report the occurrence of bilateral foot-drop in a patient with anorexia nervosa. To the best of our knowledge this has not been reported previously. The underlying pathology was found to be peroneal nerve palsy probably related to mechanical pressure at the head of the fibula. Nutritional deficiency may also be implicated.
