Abstract We report the unusual clinical manifestation and subsequent management of a symptomatic congenital bronchogenic cyst that connected to the trachea and presented in the neck of an adult. The embryology, clinical presentation, diagnostic evaluation, and management options of this rare aberration are discussed.
