Abstract It is now possible to use the orthodontic extrusion of periodontally compromised teeth to facilitate the development of a future implant site in an area where the amount of bone in the inciso-apical dimension would otherwise have been inadequate. The purpose of this case report was to analyze the hard and soft tissue changes when forced eruption is used for implant site development.
