Abstract Clinical presentation and Imaging of two cases of choanal polyp extruding from the sphenoid sinus are presented. The clinical, radiological and pathological features of the choanal polyp are reviewed. The major role of radical endoscopic sinus surgery consisting of a complete removal of the polyp and of its insertion into the paranasal sinus cavity is emphasized.
