Abstract These case reports illustrate the clinical and color Doppler sonographic findings in two cases of isolated tubal torsion. This condition may be associated with prior tubal ligation. The presence of high impedance or absent flow in a tubular structure in a patient with a history of tubal ligation should make one suspect this condition.
