Abstract Share this page

In the cold regions of northwest China, the winter temperatures, the ground temperature is low, the production of biogas gas production is low, use low, even Donglie digesters phenomenon. To solve this problem, the northwest region rich in solar energy resources characteristics, solar, low-temperature solar collector system with biogas fermentation device combination, designed the set for farmers families need solar heating methane fermentation, solve the winter the Northwest biogas the pool can not gas production problems. Research and achievements include the following aspects: 1. Designed a set of solar biogas fermentation device, it mainly includes two parts of the anaerobic fermentation devices, and solar heating systems. First determined according to the demand of the farmers on biogas digester volume of the cell body structure optimized design. Their prices according to the material properties to determine the appropriate the fermentation jars of material and its thickness. Additional insulation layer of insulation needed to reduce the heat loss of winter tank outside of the fermenter. Through methane fermentation device thermal equilibrium analysis, calculate the collector area for solar collectors to ensure that the device needed to run the actual winter climate conditions in the Northwest as well as the size of the storage tank. The device is placed in the environmental conditions in winter under experimental testing, the changes in the pH value of the monitoring of the feed solution in the experimental process, the size of the gas production, as well as the change in temperature of the various parts of the system. PH values ??as well as the monitoring of gas production data to determine the stability of the fermentation process and fermentation gas production performance of the device, the heating characteristics of the set of devices by temperature monitoring can be part of the system as well as thermal insulation characteristics. The experimental results show that the sets of the device has a good heating insulation effect. Dynamic economic analysis methods to analyze the economy of the entire system. By calculating the system's financial NPV (i = 10%), the internal rate of return IRR, benefit cost ratio, and payback period of these four indicators to verify that the system is the economic feasibility analysis showed that the four evaluation comply with the requirements. Promotion of the sets of devices can produce good economic, has good prospects for development. Derived through the analysis of ecological and social benefits of solar heated biogas fermentation device, the promotion and use of the set of devices has good ecological and social benefits. Research projects and achieved certain results, but there are still some issues to be further addressed. Through further research, to enhance the performance of the system, to promote the use in rural areas, improve the proportion of renewable energy in China's energy structure.
